To J.S Jefferies, recorder, Spring Palace lodge, A.O. U. W. No. 130: Dear Sir, I hereby acknowledge receipt of $2000, in full settlement of my claim against the A. O, U. W. for the death of my husband, Frank Wisrock, who was a member of that order, having joined it on Jul 18, 1893. Mr. Wisrock died on Dec 23, 1901, and the order received notification of his demise on the following day. I wish to thank you and the A. O. U.W. for the prompt settlement of this claim.
